直击河南((江安)(((豆腐角))制作全过程!!!!!!!!

今天碰巧工作原因..经过河南最出名的江安豆腐角制造基地,所以把整个制作的过程拍下来让大家研究下....从图片看来..我终于知道河南的豆腐角为什么会比河北的好吃..因为它在炸的之前会比河北的豆腐角多一道工序....那就是为它涂上一层薄薄的面粉浆...然后再炸..所以吃起来有外软内脆的感觉..能感觉它是融在嘴里一样是他们最有特色的一点...图片上白色的三角的就是豆腐角的原形..还没下油锅的...未试过的朋友可以每天3点半之后到河南食品站那里买来试下...保证你吃过返寻味....小记诚意推荐....在此报道完毕...<img src="attachments/dvbbs/2006-8/20068152234928979.jpg" border="0" onload="if(this.width>screen.width*0.7) {this.resized=true; 好想食啊。依家个肚估估甘响了。里档野我成日听人讲话好好食噶。。但我很少过河南果边，对河南的地方不是很熟悉，上次还特地过那边找想买来吃，之后只能找到了楼主说的那档灌汤包。到底河南食品站向那里的啊。路线怎样走的。我很想试下你们说的豆角糍啊。

睇上去果个地方环境卫生比较差。不知道卫生不卫生的啊。[em03]

周围都是农田来的..但他们制作还算是卫生的.你没看他们都有带上口罩的吗...说明他们也有在卫生方面下工夫拉...
